Precision AC Servo Motion & Sub-Micron Repeatability: Built on a heavy-duty vibration-free chassis powered by AC servo motors and precision ground ball screws, achieving inspection speeds up to 700 mm/s with positional repeatability under 5 µm and dynamic PCB auto-clamping with warpage compensation.
Comprehensive SMT Defect Detection & Smart MES Traceability: Provides thorough pre- and post-reflow inspection (detecting missing parts, skew, polarity, tombstones, bridges, and solder volume anomalies) on PCBs up to 510 × 460 mm, supported by rapid 5-to-10-minute CAD/Gerber programming, integrated 1D/2D barcode tracking, and real-time SPC/MES data connectivity.

Data Sheet DownloadOver-conveyor mounting with no extra floor space: A compact overhead bridge fits directly above the existing assembly conveyor and inspects boards up to 450 × 450 mm without a line break or extra floor space.
25MP inspection on the fly and 80 mm clearance: A 25-megapixel industrial camera with a telecentric lens checks boards while the conveyor is moving, with up to 80 mm top clearance for tall capacitors, transformers and connectors.
DIP defect detection and traceability: Finds missing parts, wrong insertions, pin shift and reverse polarity before wave or selective soldering, with a barcode reader, SPC export and a central server link for MES traceability.
VCTA Z5P Offline 2D AOI System
Data Sheet DownloadOffline programming and RGBW imaging: Colour camera at 15 µm or 20 µm with a four-channel RGBW ring light. Programs are built from CAD and the component library, including offline programming and remote debugging.
Paste, component and wave-solder checks: Covers misaligned or insufficient paste, missing and skewed parts, tombstones, reversed polarity, bridges and post-wave solder faults. A 0201 device is processed in under 10 ms.
Board size, motion and traceability: PCBs from 25 × 25 mm to 480 × 330 mm, top clearance under 28 mm (55 mm option) and bottom clearance under 75 mm. AC servo travel up to 700 mm/s with positioning under 10 µm, plus 1D/2D barcodes, SPC reports and MES.
